1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Education Services for Early Intervention (ESEI), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
ESEI provides community-based early intervention services for children birth to age three, including but not limited to:
- Early Intervention Specialist support
- Community-Based Rehabilitative Services (CBRS)
- Triple P Positive Parenting Program
- Developmental screenings and family support
- Consultations and training
3. Payments
Any fees for services will be communicated clearly prior to engagement. Payments, where applicable, are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize ESEI to charge the applicable fees. All transactions are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service at stripe.com/legal.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@eseiservices.com to request a refund.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or requests
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes
- Not misrepresent your identity or that of any child in your care
- Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of ESEI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
